goldeneye - 3 females at Ogden, 3 females on Calf Hey were probably the same 3 birds seen at Ogden. 1 male in Jamestone Quarry

cormorant - 1 at Holden Wood & 5 at Ogden in the morning. 27 in the roost at Holden Wood at 16:00hrs. Also dead bird hanging in branches of roost trees

lesser black-backed gull - c6 over heading south east @ 11:20
herring gull - 13 flew south @ 9:30, flocks of c40 & c25 flew south east @ 11:20, flocks of 19 & 2 flew west over Ogden @ 15:15, flocks of 7& 15 flew west @ 16:05. 12 were on Ogden in the morning
great black-backed gull - 7 were on Ogden in the morning & 6 flew south east with herring gulls @ 11:20
stock dove - 2 singles & a flock of 6 flew over Holden Wood towards Musbury. A single & a flock of 3 were over Calf Hey, 6 were in Jamestone Quarry & 1 was at Heap Clough
woodpigeon - flock of 30 at Ogden, a flock of 10 at Heap Clough & 1 sat on a nest at Camms
green woodpecker - probably 2 yaffling birds around the reservoirs
