E.B.S.W. 26/02/07 - 14:50hrs Access gained. Much as Kevin had yesterday. c100 Pied Wagtail, c6 Grey Wagtail, C10 M.Pipit + the usual large numbers Jackdaws, Carrion Crows and B.H.Gulls. Pair of Shelduck still present and apparently were first seen by the workers down there sometime last week. Peregrine "hovering" high overhead causing total confusion moved over Irwell Vale then plunged earthwards at great speed. Unable to see what it hit. Regards - Bob.
