Canada Goose, c20, 2 birds sitting.
Kestrel, 2.
Pheasant, 2 calling birds.
Coot, Pair.
Whimbrel, 3 feeding on turf fields.
Curlew, 2 feeding on turf fields,
Oystercatcher, 3 feeding on turf fields.
Lapwing, c30 inc 3 young. Best numbers here for several years.
B.H.Gull, c15 on turf fields,
L.B.B.Gull, 2 moving west.
Stock Dove, c3pairs.
Swift, 2 feeding over golf course.
Skylark, c20 singing birds.
Swallow, c12.
Grey Wagtail c3 territories.
Dipper,1 in tussle with Grey wag!
Robin, 1 juv.
Little Owl, 1.
Tawny Owl, 1 roosting in old Ash Tree being mobbed by a blackbird. Several duck egg shells under its perch!
Wheatear, 1.
Willow Warbler, c15 singing birds.
Blackcap, 3 singing birds.
Whitethroat, 2, 1 singing and 1 scolding male.
Grasshopper Warbler, 2 reeling birds.
Linnet, c6 pairs.
Redpoll, 1 pair.
Reed Bunting c3 singing birds.
