2 kestrels  - may have been 1 which moved location though.

1 sparrow hawk

20 plus canada geese in the field

10 plus lapwings

2 grey herons

2 mallard - drakes

2 oystercatchers - flying above and on to ogden

2/3 ravens - flying the sky above

quite a few stonechat, reed buntings and linnets

a yellow bird on the far side of holden wood  - nt sure if yellowhammer or wagtail - it flew across briefly

s song thrush near the entrance


and a carcass - of which a left wing remains - the feathers are in tact of the pointed wing and colouring is slatey backed - possibly a LBBG or Peregrine?

Hi Sarfraz -
Yellow bird most likely to be Grey Wagtail - they are often seen on Holden Wood
