Movement: West unless specified different.
Very quiet again today after the initial half hour. Lots of disorientation/unsure move showing especially amongst Thrushes.
Redwing: 55 (19E, best party 27,15)
Fieldfare: 201 (32E & 150SW - best party 150,30,16)
Blackbird: 3
Mistle Thrush: 2
Starling:130 (15E - one party 100 birds)
Chaffinch: 51 (18E - best party 9E)
Redpoll: 10 (5 pairs)
Siskin: 25 (20E one party 20)
Goldfinch: 19 (1E & one party 12)
Greenfinch: 10 (6E)
Brambling: 2
Crossbill: 3E (as though heading to Heap Clough Planting) not sure whether local or transient
Meadow Pipit: 4
Pied Wagtail: 4
BHG: 3 (probably local)
LBBG: 2 (again dark immatures)
Woodpigeon: 30 (8E & best party 18)
Jackdaw: 25 (5E)
Carrion Crow: 3
Great Spotted Woodpecker: 1
Heron: 1 (local)
