Black Headed Gull, 4 feeding over water or loafing on buoys,
L.B.B.Gull, 6 flew east,
Kestrel, 1 hunting the moor,
Common Sandpiper, 1 on bank of res,
Meadow Pipit , c12,
Swallow, c20 inc many juvs,
House Martin, c6 hawking high over res,
Swift, c12, 6 high over res and 6 hawking over grassland,
Stonechat, c20 with many juvs,
Wheatear, 1 feeding from drystone wall,
Spotted Flycatcher, juv feeding from metal fence posts to south of res,
Grasshopper Warbler, 1 reeling weel from rushy field south of res, it flew briefly on to bottom rung of wooded fence and then clambered back into the rushes.
Willow Warbler, a couple in weak song + one jousting with Stonechat,
Linnet, 1 male,
Goldfinch, c 6,
Reed Bunting, 1 male.
