15:00hrs onwards
Very quite with little of note as far as Ewood Bridge - has the winter taken its toll on our bird life ?

10 Swallows feeding over Irwell Vale/ E.B.S.W. - no martins.
1 Chiffchaff in song on far side of river
1 Bullfinch calling in same area.
Oystercatcher calling from sewage works possibly 2 birds.
Low numbers of wagtails on beds c10
3 Canada geese on R.Irwell at Townsend Fold
1pr Goosander in same area.

Was I the only one at work today ?

I wasn't at work today Bob, but I will be for the next 3 days.cry

Forgot 1 Swallow in Edenfield today, probably on it's way to E.B.S.W.!!!
