1 Whitethoat in with 5 juv. Stonechats a very aggressive bird. Finally got to grip with Stonechat numbers apart from the five juvs mentioned there were the following- 1m +1 juv. 1m + 4juvs. 2pr calling anxiously as if young were in cover. Time will tell. Family party of Swallows - 4 fresh juvs sat on fence waiting to be fed. 3 Reed Bunting at different sites - does anybody see parties of juv. R.
