The reservoir was around 80% frozen over which was unsurprising as it was -6 when I arrived and reliably informed it was -9.7 overnight!
The following were noted:

Barnacle Goose, feral bird associating with Mallard on small pond by car park.
Goosander, 10 ( 6 males) feeding in the ice free water,
Mallard, 17 on small pond by carpark,
B.H.Gull, c12,
Common Gull, c6,
G.B.B.Gull, 3 adults and 1 x 1st or 2nd winter bird.
Blackbird, c4 in car park (all others in our garden!)
Rook, c12 south of res on lamp post chimney pots!
Carrion Crow, c40 flew from wood behind Beijing Restaurant,
Goldfinch, 4 on feeders near car park,
Greenfinch, 1 on feeders,
Chaffinch, 2 on feeders.

Regards,
David Nuttall.
