Car in garage so walked back along Canal from Carnforth to Borwick, then through village of Borwick, then village of Priest Hutton, then over fields to Dalton Hall Estate and onward to Burton..

Had 3 sitting Moorhens and another 6 males spotted along route, Grey Wagtail, 3 Singing Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs and Willow Warblers, also a party of approx 30 Linnets..
