Holden Wood Reservouir 3.45pm  Thursday  -  approx 60 Lapwing - the drained our reservoir has probably created excellent feeding opportunities because it looks to me as if there are more than usual.  Looks like some were this years young.  1 Grey Heron , under 15 BH GUlls, usual Woodpigeons, Carrion Crows, Magpies.



Also a Kestrel over Clough Head  hovering.


I heard a GSW twice in Memorial Gardens, H'den last week.

not to forget there was a juevnile large gull with the bh gulls prob a 1st summer LBBG

also 15 Mallard. Some looked sub-adult. 1 female had 5 ducklings which appeared at the most a week old!
