Roe deer numbers quite static, we have probably two Bucks and two groups of Does with last years young,each group about 4/5 in number,there has been quite a lot of barking and rutting this last week.

Two lots of young foxes,one litter of five one of three, were seen this year,the vixen and young are seen regulary.

Last years Badger sett was unused,but at least three individuals visit most nights,have not yet found new sett.

Only one Hedgehog has been seen.

No shortage of Mole,Brown Rat,Wood Mouse Squirrel and Voles.

One Stoat sighting.

Rabbit numbers not large.

I borrowed a bat detector to confirm Whiskered bat,Pipistrelle quite common,had a possible Daubentons but not confirmed.
