Sunny afternoon.
Main interest:
Dipper , 2 wrens & peregrine (Goodshaw)
Jay & GS woodpecker (Heightside Farm)
Pair little owls on wall (SD 818243)
Buzzard on wall (SD 830248) - flew towards Lumb
Several groups of 20 - 30 redwings in pasture on tops.

Hi Bob,
With any luck I should be over 20 Penn'eth next week but for the moment my OS map is a 1000 miles away. Is there any chance of giving a nearby place name to the Little Owl spot?

Bob's grid ref puts it near Height Side Farm along Edge Yate Lane if that helps?

Thanks for that. I do remember seeing them a couple of hundred metres east of Height Side Farm in the 70's & 80's.
