06:30-09:00 Grey Heron, 1 feeding in river, Canada Goose, c5 pairs, Mallard, c6 males and female with 10 newly hatched young, Goosander, single female and male & 2 females, Pheasant, 2 calling birds, Coot, pair on HTL, Moorhen, single on HTL, B.H.Gull, c6 on Sewage Works, Collared Dove, 2, G.S.Woodpecker, 1m Nuthatch, 2, Treecreeper, 1, Swallow, 4, Pied Wagtail, 2, Song Thrush, c5 singing birds, Mistle Thrush, 1 singing bird, Willow Warbler, c30 singing, Blackcap, c20 singing, Chiffchaff, 1 singing bird, Whitethroat, 2 singing (Townsendfold & Kevin's at Stand) Grasshopper Warbler, 2 reeling, (1 near Mayfield Chicks and 1 at Alderbottom), Wood Warbler, 1 singing at Lumb Vale, (Brian's bird?)
