Went up to Holden Wood Reservoir at 6am this morning,walked around the res from the Rammy end to the pumping station end and could`nt find the Little Egret. Rob, you say you saw it at the inlet gully is that further on up Grane Road? Might try for it again? Cheers, Dave Ousey.
According to his post, Rob had the Egret at the inlet gully of Ogden Res rather than Holden Wood. I'm not sure of the best vantage point for this spot.
