at 7pm

very large mistle thrush, blackbird singing,

just under 40 lapwing, about 2 in field where they breed adjacent to grane road....alarm calling....must have had young, about 32 in field before looked like a post-breeding flock, 2 on farm on other side alarm calling 

heard a LRP but did not see one,  about 18 cana geese,  over 30 BH Gulls which then flew off north,

penty of linet, meadow pipits some displaying, swallows, siwfts, martins, ad t least 3 male reed buntings

mallard with 3 almost fully grown young, 2 pied wagtails, flck of starling over, 

biggest surprise was a pair of stonechats at far side  they may have had young too

 

a very large flock of LBBG's over H'den about 5.30 pm today too soaring and heading north
