10:00-13:30 with a hours vismig with Bob n Archie from Compston's Cross.

Pink Footed Goose, c40 over west,

Canada Goose, 2 small flocks,

Goldeneye, 2 on Clowbridge,

Mallard, 8 on Clowbridge,

Kestrel, c4 hunting moors,

Snipe, 7 over south,

G.S.Woodpecker, 1 over Compston's north,

Swallow, a flock of 5 over south,

Pied Wagtail, 2 south, 6 local birds,

Grey Wagtail, 1 on swallow shore,

Meadow Pipit, c200 over south,

Mistle Thrush, 1 over south,

Wheatear, 3 on Liver Hill,

Raven, pair at Swallow Shore,

Rook, 4 north (Bob had more!)

Siskin, regular flocks south, larget flock c40 with over 100 birds over. c60 at Clough Bottom.

Redpoll, regular flocks over south, largest flock c35. c20 at Clough Bottom,

Chaffinch, regular flocks south with c100 over.

Goldfinch, c40 at Clough Bottom,

Crossbill, c40 at Clough Bottom.

Reed Bunting, c30 near Compston's Cross.
