02/10/11.

Very evident vis-mig, from 08:15 until 11:30 hrs. All moving south unless stated otherwise.

Meadow Pipit - 328 - largest flock 30 birds heaviest movement up to 10:30hrs.

Chaffinch - 109

Greenfinch - 11

Goldfinch - 2

Linnet - 59

Siskin - 92

Redpoll - 42

Pied Wagtail - 1

Mistle Thrush - 1

G.S.W. 1 N. into woods at Clowbridge

Swallow 5 with small group of Chaffinch

Blue Tit - 4

Rook - 5 N.

Snipe - 5

L.B.B.Gull - 1 N.W.

Reed Buntings resident in plantation moving onto Red Moss to feed then back again. Numbers hard to gauge but in excess of 20 birds.

Bob & Archie + David Nuttall for last hour.
