2.45-4pm

Very very wet and muddy - a stream and a waterfall created by the rainfall.  

at least 22 mallard seen - 17 separate individuals, 

12 teal

2 pied wagtails

3 goosander. flying over northwards......2  at 3.30, 1 at 3.50pm

3 cormorant sightings but only 1 roosted

2 blackbirds, robins singing,  dunnock in hedge

1 raven flying over to HB

flock of canada geese in field

usual carrion crows, woodpigeons, magpies, some jackdaws

lless than usualk black headed gulls about 10-15 around reservoir, 5-10 heading north to fishmoor.....2 common gulls, 3 herring gulls also heading north to fishmoor

1 wren

biggest surprise was at very end when a meadow pipit flew past! 

saw 0 BOPS, 0 Grey herons, 0 stone chats
