Teal, 11 on Holden Wood, & 1 male on Calf Hey,

Goldeneye, 2 males & 1 female on Ogden, 1 male & 1 female on Calf Hey,

Kestrel, 4 singles,

Golden Plover, flock of 22 on the snow covered moor,

Snipe, 2 flushed on the moors,

Herring Gull, 7 over west,

B.H.Gull, c12 on Holden Wood, 7 on a ice sheet on Ogden & 6 on Calf Hey,

Dipper, 1 at the top end of Holden Wood,

G.S.Woodpecker, 3 chasing through the trees at King's Hillock Wood, 2 at Calf Hey Feeding Station,

Dunnock, singing near Holden Wood & Calf Hey,

SongThrush, singing birds at Holden Wood and Calf Hey,

Mistle Thrush, 1 at Calf Hey,

Fieldfare, c60 at the side of Heap Clough,

Starling, c30 with Fieldfare,

Coal Tit, c6 at Calf hey Feeding Station,

Raven, 1 over Calf Hey south & 1 gronking & Tumbling along the edge of Haslingden Moor,

Goldfinch, charms of 10 & 6,

Chaffinch, singing males & several small flocks.
