1 gsw

2 mistle thrush

3 song thrush singing

at least 2 nuthatch

a small rookery...saw 2 nests with 4 birds present, other nests may have een out of view

usual chaffinches, great and blue tits, blackbirds, robins, carrion crows, magpies etc

Hello Jim, how are you?

Between Union Road and Whittaker Park there is an Oaklands Drive. As you go up you come across an Ambleside Avenue and a Langdale Avenue - both cul-de sacs. Walk to the end of one of them or maybe even both, I cant remember exactly, and two nests will come immediately into view. There might be more but I made no real effort to look properly.
