Horncliffe - wood warbler still present (also this morning 7 June but rather more elusive)
Grane - alas no cuckoo but 1 buzzard, lrp, common sand and oystercatcher (2). Only about 10 lapwings and 1 curlew
Moors - 1 red grouse, 3 dunlin and a very vocal golden plover (all near the burnt out vehicle nr Bull Hill. 1 buzzard over Scholes Heights maybe same as above bird (?)
