1 male Yellow Wagtail present with c40 pieds on coke beds. Best seen from main gate.
Also 1 Green Sandpiper present, seen initially on beds nearest Irwell Vale - then flushed. Relocated at the main outflow on the river. Unfortunately it saw me before I saw it. Watched it "tower" as it flew off south calling.
Hirundines continue to come in with c200 present, mostly swallows but c20 House martin and c10 Sand martin.
