A thread dedicated to sightings by me seen in various areas as I am just passing through. 

Thursday 2- Sept 11.45am  - at least 100 Starlings present around Brookside farm, at least 10 Rooks with Crows and plenty of Swallows.    At 7 Ish on Grane Road Kestrel hunting along road side at highest point which was seen on Friday too about 4pm.

30-40 lapwing on the fields just left of holcombe road, in Rossendale Wednesday afternoon
