Cribden - 11:30 onwards

4 Raven, c20 Jackdaw, c2 House Martin, c3 Swallow soaring & feeding over Cribden End. Swift numbers increased to c30 by mid afternoon.

c4 pr Linnet on hill top along with very good numbers of M.Pipit and Skylark.

Lots of L.B.B.Gull passage to south which increased as the day went on, involving several hundred birds, very few herring gulls seen- c3.

1 Kestrel hunting at Laund Hey + 1 m.Reed Bunting.

1 Raven over ski slope mobbed by crows

3 Linnet at Oakenhead rd

Usual common species along the way included a family party of c6 House Sparrow and c18 Starling at Spout House.
