The second pair of Spotted Flycatchers that I found, fledged four young yesterday, despite the poor weather and temperatures the adults are catching and feeding all four this afternoon, the family unit has moved out of the woodland and were this evening near the river at Alderbottom.
The first pair that had to start again, are feeding young in the nest and all appears well this evening.
