07:30hrs

4 Swallow S. low over the bottom end

2f Wigeon

3f Teal

1m Tufted Duck

c20 Mallard

2 Cormorant on pylon.

Very little through Compston Cross from 08:20 - blustery S wind probably precluding much movement - would be interesting to know how Craig has fared this morning.

Flock of 6 Bullfinch in plantings to NE of res

Lots of Greenfinch & Goldfinch around Limy lane 50+ with odd Reed Bunting, Blackbird and 5 Long Tailed Tit + small nos. of Blue, Great Tit & Chaffs,  2 L.B.B.Gull >S.

30+ Goldfinch around car park area + 2 kestrel & 1 Sparrowhawk in and around quarry area tusseling with corvids.

Hi Bob, 

I fared worse than you and Archie. Unfortunately I was stuck inside decorating my sisters house !!

Doesn't look too good for the weekend either.
