Hi Dave

I was up at Grane from 1pm to 5:30pm and could not find the greenshank.  The only things I can add to your list are the following

  • great crested grebe - 5 on Calf Hey
  • coot - juvenile on Holden Wood
  • buzzard - 1 on the hillside between Troy and Hutch Bank
  • oystercatcher - probably the same 3 birds on Holden Wood and Calf Hey
  • stonechat - juvenile between Ogden and Calf Hey
  • spotted flycatchers appear to have abandoned a nest with 4 eggs at Calf Hey

cheers Kevin
