Buzzard, a single sat on a fence post near Duke of Wellington as a second bird flew across the valley mobbed by a crow,
Kestrel, 1 on a telegraph pole near Holden Wood,
Moorhen, 1 on Holden Wood Res,
G.B.B.Gull, 2 adults & 3 immatures on Holden Wood first thing with 3 immatures & 1 adult later on probably involving the same birds,
L.B.B.Gull, c5 over east,
Herring Gull, c200 over east first thing,
G.S.Woodpecker, 2 singles,
Meadow Pipit, 1 disturbed from cover on Haslingden Moor was the only bird seen on the tops,
Mistle Thrush, pair on pasture near Clough Head,
L.T.Tit, flock of c6 near Calf Hey,
Coal Tit, c6 mainly at Clough Head,
Nuthatch, 2 at Calf Hey were burying food in tree crevices,
