Two skeins of Pink-feet flying west over the Irwell valley at 1245 hrs today, approx 400 total.

I saw them from the slopes of Bull Hill heading west probably over Scholes Height  (I estimated 350-400).  Certainly an impressive sight. Also on Bull Hill 2 golden plovers and 4 snipe.

Glad you got the Pink-feet, Geoff got them over Edenfield after he left us, I got them after I left you, I was going to ring you but did not have your number, certainly a great sight.
