Canada Goose, 2 flew in,

Mallard, c10 inc group of 5 males that flew in over The Waggoners,

Tufted Duck, pair feeding,

Curlew, pair on the moors,

B.H.Gull, 2 on the res and 10 over north in two flocks,

L.B.B.Gull, c10 over,

Swift, 6 feeding over boathouse,

Skylark, c5, all in song,

Swallow, c6,

House Martin, c10 feeding over boathouse,

Meadow Pipit, c8,

Pied Wagtail, 2,

Grey Wagtail, 1,

Song Thrush, 1 in song,

Willow Warbler, c10, mainly in song,

Grasshopper Warbler, 1 reeling at top end,

Coal Tit, 1 singing,

Goldcrest, 2 singing,

Starling, c6,

Goldfinch, c6,

Greenfinch, 2 singing,

Chaffinch, c8, many singing,

Redpoll, c8 over in flocks to 2,

Reed Bunting, male & female.

Evening count, numbers pretty similar but can add -

1m Pheasant

Pr Common Sandpiper

2 Wheatear - on slope off Limy Lane

Min of 125 L.B.B.Gull passing N. from 19:30 hrs

Flock of c40 Jackdaw passing S. down the valley to roost, of which there was no sign when I arrived there at 20:40 hrs.

1 Grasshopper Warbler reeling.

No sign of tufties
