• snipe - 35 at Edge Cote & 1 on the path at Windy Willows Farm
• woodpigeon - 14
• skylark - 2
• meadow pipit - min 86 (singles to 20 birds).  Some moving south, others probably feeding up before moving on
• pied wagtail - 9 (7 possible migrants flying south)
• grey wagtail - 1 flew out of a garden on Naze Road
• swallow - 20 flying south (5, 3, 10 & 2)
• house martin - 1 flying south
• coal tit & goldcrest - mixed flock calling from conifers at Edge Cote & at least one goldcrest with long tailed tits at Naze Road
• starling - 2 at Edge Cote
• raven - calling bird at Seat Naze
• siskin - calling bird Edge Cote

• great spotted woodpecker - 1
• chiffchaff - 1
• goldcrest - family party
• bullfinch - 2 calling birds

Whinberry Wood

• bullfinch - male and a juvenile
