Hi Craig,

I was at Clowbridge from 15:00-16:15 and both the Scaup (top end near causeway)and Common Sandpiper (by boat house then flew into south bay) were present.

Also around 500 B.H.Gull, 100 Common Gull, 3 L.B.B.Gull, 1 G.B.B.Gull.

10 Teal were on the 'lagoon' and then flew onto the res and a Little Owl was on the usual dry stone wall.

Around 300 Jackdaw came into roost at New Laithe.

Regards,
David.

Hi David,

I was up there from 3 - 4pm at the waters edge from the dam tower, right past boathouse to north of the south bay on far bank but didn`t see you.. Can understand not seeing Scaup at top end, even tho i did glass very regularly, but no sign of C Sand at south end of res for me as that`s what i was after photographing, hence walking the waters edge.

Glad its still there tho. I`ll be back tomorrow..

Hi Craig,

I must have missed you by minutes and I did the same and walked up the res shoreline from south bay towards the boat house, really aiming at flushing any hidden snipe, and the Common Sand flew perhaps 20 yards before the pontoon and then back on me over towards the south bay.

Hope you pick it up tomorrow!

Regards,
David.
