Hi Kevin,

I thought it was quiet on Edge Cote as I only had 3 snipe and 1 Jack Snipe and thought it was due to the icy conditions but I must have followed you on (c2:30)!

I'd a similar list, including the Greenfinch at Waingate which is the most I've seen for some time and can add:

Grey Heron, 1 over Swinshaw Moor,

Cormorant, 2 down The Whitewell Valley and 1 down The Limy Valley,

Sparrowhawk, female on Twenty Penneth where 200 Starlings were feeding on pasture with c40 Fieldfare,

Kestrel, 1 at Marl Pits and 1 at Greenfold,

Lapwing, c70 flying over Liver hill,

Herring Gull, c60 up The Limy Valley,

Stock Dove, 1 at Yates Barn,

Coal Tit, c6 inc 3 on Chapel Hill,

Regards,
David.
