Mallard, pair,

Buzzard, single bird soaring high over the valley,

Curlew, calling bird from moor top,

L.B.B.Gull, c6 over,

Stock Dove, single bird flew across the valley,

Skylark, c6, a couple in song and hopefully more on the tops,

Meadow Pipit, c20, several in display,

Pied Wagtail, pair,

Wheatear, 8 birds in total 5 of which were males,

Stonechat, male & female,

Song Thrush, 2 singing,

Mistle Thrush, single flew across the valley,

Chiffchaff, 2 in song,

Coal Tit, 3 singing,

L.T.Tit, 2,

Nuthatch, at least 2 singing males,

Chaffinch, c12, many in song.
