Mallard, 3,

Kestrel, 1 hunting behind boat house,

Moorhen, 1 on Limy,

Curlew, 1 calling south of res,

Skylark, 3 singing plus calling bird,

Swallow, 2,

Meadow Pipit, c4,

Willow Warbler, 3 in car park,

Grasshopper Warbler, 1 reeling between boat house & south bay,

Jackdaw, c300 to roost at New Laithe,

Reed Bunting, calling bird.

Hi David

Was around at lunchtime and noted 3 LRPs and 2 great crested grebes. Around the plantations I lost count of willow warblers but perhaps about 15 altogether, right up to the highest bits of scrub now. 1 singing stonechat (!) Compstons.

On the way up/down bubbling curlews Swinshaw and 2 Greenfold. Swallows finally present around breeding areas at a few sites
