Possible flock of c40 waxwings flew past the industrial estate towards Bacup around 3:30 pm to 4pm today. Birds flew past at decent speed. Roughly starling sized, but clearly deeper chested. Can't think what else they would be. Probably worth checking any berry trees in the Bacup area tomorrow
