Good movement first hour with birds generally moving through south.

Cormorant, 3 on the res,

Grey Heron, 2 flew over the res and landed on Nutshaw!

Canada Goose, 7,

Wigeon, flock of 6 (4 males) circled the res for approx. 10 minutes but did not land,

Mallard, c20,

Kestrel, 1 at Compstons' and 1 over Nutshaw,

B.H.Gull, c6 on the res,

Collared Dove, 1 over the car park,

House Martin, 1 north over the res!

Meadow Pipit, c100 blogging birds and c100 through south in flocks to 20,

Pied Wagtail, 2 on res bank,

Stonechat, 4 on fence posts around back pond and a pair at Compstons'

Redwing, c350 through south in flocks to 80,

Mistle Thrush, flock of 3,

Song Thrush, 1,

Coal Tit, c4,

L.T.Tit, c12,

Goldcrest, 2,

Raven, flock of 9 birds headed south down the valley first thing,

Rook, c6 over,

Jay, at least 3 birds,

Chaffinch, c20 in the woods and c20 through south in flocks to 8,

Greenfinch, flock of 12 in Limy Lane,

Goldfinch, charms of 20 & 30,

Bullfinch, 2 near Compstons'

Lesser Redpoll, 2 in New Wood,

Siskin, 4 feeding in car park and flocks of 4, 5, 8 & 11 through south,

Reed Bunting, c6 in willows on Back Pond.
