A possible/probable 1st winter Caspian Gull flew in from the north, landed on the u-boat for 30 secs then flew onto the water in South Bay before departing south with more larger gulls which were flying overhead.

Viewing not ideal with drizzle and mist but Im familiar with the species and it looked the part.
