• heron - 1 on top lodge
• mallard - 9 on Buckhurst, 9 on middle lodge & 2 at the flash
• teal - 2 flew off middle lodge
• goosander - 1pr on top lodge & 28 roosting on AMR @ 16:20
• buzzard - 2
• sparrowhawk - 1 chased by a carrion crow
• kestrel - 3 at Buckhurst/ Cheesden, only seemed to appear towards dusk
• black-headed gull - c3000 roosting on AMR, with at least 1200 of these seen flying over Cheesden to the res @ around 14:45
• common gull - much smaller number than black-headed roosting on AMR, best guess from what i could pick out in the gloom would be around 100 
• lesser black-backed gull - 2 flew west off AMR at dusk
• herring gull - c100 flew over Deeply Vale towards AMR, but none stayed to roost
• great black-backed gull - 1 seen at AMR, but none roosted
• pheasant - 2
• green woodpecker - 1
• kingfisher - 1 at the stream that runs through the woods south of Sales's Farm
• stock dove - 1
• woodpigeon - 121
• meadow pipit - 2
• grey wagtail - 1
• dipper - 1 at Cheesden
• wren - 12
• dunnock - just a single
• treecreeper - 1
• goldcrest - 3
• long-tailed tit - flock of at least 9
• coal tit - 5
• blue tit - 12, mostly at Sale's Farm
• great tit - 6, mostly at Sale's Farm
• robin - 12
• blackbird - 27

• fieldfare - 13

• starling - flocks of 55 & 20
