Paul and I were at Grane on the 19th too and we spotted Brian Kirkwood there. Other highlights were:- a singing Mistle Thrush around the antique place, Collared Dove flying above and west to east over Holden Wood Res, min 10 Siskin in the trees which at the top end, min 2 Crossbill heard calling around Troy Wood. A few more Song Thrush in the field and trees which connects the top end of Holden Wood with Grane Road - the Siskin were in those trees too.
