First decent movement of thrushes this autumn -

Lots of Redwing passing south-west over Cribden Clough this afternoon between 14:00 & 15:00 hrs. 510 in 10 flocks.

Further flocks in the area were viewed from Reedsholme park from 15: 30 hrs with movement over the west side of the valley - largest flock c100.

Also present were 2 Kestrel, 1 Peregrine, 2 Buzzard (displaying over the last two days), 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Raven. Flock of c60 Jackdaws.
