Large flocks of distant birds in the air initially seen over Greenfold from Cribden Clough. Arrived on site with Nigel G. at 13:10hrs approx.

c/400 Starling on pasture and amongst Lapwings.

4 Golden Plover

4 Meadow Pipit

1 cock Pheasant

1 Raven over

12 Wood Pigeon over moving down the valley.

1 Kestrel

4 Mallard on pond.

c/10 Chaffinch in larches off Goodshaw Lane

4 Collared Dove at Goodshaw Ave - my first for ages.

Flocks of 17 Long tailed Tits & 12 House Sparrows + 1 Kestrel at Cribden Clough this morning.
