Lots of Wood Pigeons and Jackdaws - 200+ to roost in Brookes's wood on the evening of 23rd.

12 Linnet still along Oakenhead Wood rd.

Unusual around here a Rook in fields with Jackdaws near Twin Lodges, then 2 over Reedsholme later.

Lack of small birds so far with Blackbirds and tit flocks notably absent despite berries everywhere.
