1 tatty individual heading very low North over Broadway.  It could've Been feeding in Hassy High playing fields.  Almost certainly same bird seen at Elton a few weeks ago.    It was flying with Lesser Black Backed Gulls and so was the Elton bird.  

as I had only flight views over I should consider it a probable only.   Could not  rule out a leucistic Herring Gull especially with moulting birds
