Ewood Bridge Sewage Works. (from road) 9:45am. 40+ PIED WAGS (no sign of white/albino). Various CORVIDS and BHGs not counted.
Irwell Vale village 10:00am. 1 DIPPER (only him not bothered about weather!!). 4 MALLARD. Very quiet except for wren, robin and blackbird alarm calls as I passed them.

(31 FIELDFARE counted on 3 occasions in Strongstry, Stubbins, Chatterton area. Must have been same group).
