09:00 - 11:00 A good spring like morning, but cold, with many species in song! Cormorant, 2 on Irwell at Irwell Vale, Grey Heron, 3 singles on river at various points, Mallard, 15 on river at Irwell Vale, Goosander, flocks of 3, 4 and 5 flew up and down the river probably involving some of the same birds....
