Wednesday March 28th 2007
1045hrs-1145hrs
Movement: NW unless stated otherwise.

I went out to sample some vis this morning and purposely left it late in the
morning. Meadow Pipits where steadily going through on a regular basis at
least every couple of minutes, even on leaving and would presume this
activity would carry on throughout the day. The majority where singles,
pairs with some 3/4 groups and one group at 5.

Meadow Pipit: 84
Linnet: 1
Woodpigeon: 5 (3+2)
Redpoll: 2 plus others audible only
Goldfinch: 1 SE
Greenfinch: 1 S
Pied Wagtail: 1

Other: Lots of Peacock and Small Tortoiseshell Butterflies.

Cheers,
Bryan.

PS: Kevin, Should you read this I have now only just seen your earlier message and have replied - sorry for delays...B
