Sorry for belated report. Excellent morning, especially for Thrushes. There must have been thousands poured through and I probably missed the majority. It seemed that everytime I looked high into the sky with my bins at a party, there where other parties going through in the far distance above them, this was happening many, many times. Most of the birds where very high at cloudbase, although there was just the odd parties going through at lower altitude. Redwings tended to fly at lower altitude. Chaffinches where just everywhere, some coming through with the lower thrush parties, and also seemed to be everywhere you looked, going through in pairs etc, it was just impossible to count them with accuracy. I just got the ones close and of reasonable height to confirm.

Redwing: 979 (23 parties, best parties: 200,80,50,50,60,60,50,60)
Blackbird: 5 (one party)
Starling: 259 (15 parties, best parties: 30,50,20,30)
