0700hrs - 0900hrs
Wind: NW 8mph
Movement: West unless stated otherwise.
Better morning, Small Redwing and Fieldfare parties and Starlings just starting to come through again, but had to leave at 0900hrs. Hardly had any Linnets this year at Grane today was probably my 2nd or 3rd. 
Crossbill: 5 (These where definately local having come from Top O'th Knoll planting, then heading to Clough Head and back to Calf Hey Car Park before setting off again and coming down at either Hartley or Top O'th Knoll (certainly West half of Calf Hey Res) where they seemed to settle down...
Fieldfare: 18 ( 3E best parties 9,4)
Redwing: 106 (8 parties, best parties: 25,15,14,14,11,11,8)
Song Thrush: 2 (both singles)
Starling: 160 (14 parties, best parties: 30,30,14,12,12,10)
Blackbird: 1 E
Chaffinch: 70 (4E best parties: 11,10,7)
Brambling: 1
Goldfinch:15 (one party 10)
Linnet: 1
Redpoll: 4 (1 NE)
Greenfinch: 10 (One party 7)
Siskin: 7 (one party 5)
Meadow Pipit: 14 (one party 6)
Pied Wagtail:2
Jay: 1E (probably local)
Jackdaw: 18 (15NE)
Carrion Crow: 4
LBBG: 7E (probably local)
BHG: 4 (1E)
Woodpigeon: 73 (33S, best parties: 33,30)
Cormorant: 1 (probably local)
